Sustainability Our Approach 2
Sustainability is the foundation of TFKable and JDR Cables' activities supporting the global energy transition. With state-of-the-art cables and wires, we actively contribute to a future based on renewable energy.
Our innovative products are developed in laboratories and research & development centers to meet the rapidly evolving market demands. We are expanding our production capacity through investments in a new factory in Cambois, near Blyth, and the expansion of our facility in Bydgoszcz. These investments share a common mission: increasing the availability of clean energy from wind farms.
Since 2008, we have delivered key contracts supporting the development of offshore wind farms worldwide. Our solutions have enabled the delivery of clean energy to millions of houses, making us a trusted partner in the energy transformation.
We provide solutions that support global decarbonisation efforts, while ensuring environmental protection in our production processes. At our cable waste recycling plant in Bukowno, we effectively implement circular economy goals, minimising our carbon footprint and preserving water resources.
Our operations are based on international standards and consistent practices that provide a solid foundation for corporate governance. Policies, codes and regulations are regularly updated to align with best ESG practices.
Our success is driven by people - nearly 3,000 experts who continuously develop their skills and work together on innovative projects. We support their professional growth as well as their passions, such as STEAM initiatives at JDR Cables and partnerships with universities at TFKable.
