At TFKable, we are committed to supporting education, promoting healthy lifestyles and working with local communities. Our activities and initiatives reflect our concern for sustainability, innovation and social responsibility.

Ensure a healthy life and promote well-being for people of all ages.

We strive to provide a healthy and safe working environment, eliminating the risk of accidents and providing access to basic healthcare. We support our employees' grassroots initiatives to promote healthy and active lifestyles and health-promoting activities and habits.

Educational and Academic Support

We actively participate in events for students from local universities to support young talent. Our cooperation with technical universities provides opportunities to share knowledge and ensure that future energy professionals are well prepared. We also support recruitment initiatives at Bydgoszcz University, AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and Gdansk University of Technology, and offer internship and apprenticeship programmes in cooperation with leading Polish technical universities.

Promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles

We promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles through participation in various sporting events, including cycling and running activities. We organise and participate in events such as cycling and kayaking competitions to encourage an active lifestyle for our employees and their families. We also support charitable initiatives such as fundraising for charities and promoting health awareness.

Social commitment and support for local communities

We take an active part in local initiatives to promote environmentally friendly transport. We also organise 'Mum, Dad, work safely' competitions to promote safe working practices among parents. TFKable also supports local development for educational facilities and the renovation of historic infrastructure. By participating in events such as World Quality Week and organising student visits, we demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement, regional cooperation and innovation in the energy sector.

Employee Health and Safety

At TFKable, we create a work environment based on respect, ethics and inclusiveness. We believe that in order to produce the highest quality products, it is crucial to care about employee engagement and maintain good relationships on a daily basis, while ensuring friendly and safe working conditions.

At the Bydgoszcz plant, we have implemented the HSES (health, safety, environment, society) system, in accordance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

The THINK QUALITY and THINK SAFETY programmes, which have been implemented in Bydgoszcz, Krakow and Myślenice, also cover issues related to work safety. Their broad scope supports continuous improvement of the organisation and building a culture of care for quality, safety and waste elimination. We use many tools and methodologies, and the key to success is to provide space for employees to have a real opportunity to contribute their ideas in their area of work and competence.

We treat internships at TFKable as an opportunity for mutual learning – the interns get to know our company and we can assess their potential. Our experience shows that every year at least one intern stays with us permanently – many of our specialist engineers started their professional careers at TFKable.

In 2022, TFKable proudly received the ‘Best in Safety’ award from the Central Institute for Labour Protection - National Research Institute, which is a strong, integrated performance indicator of occupational health and safety management processes at TFKable.
