The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) shall apply to purchase agreements for products, services, their results or other services related to them which are performed for the benefit of TELE-FONIKA Kable SA with its registered office in Myślenice (address: ul. Hipolita Cegielskiego 1, 32-400 Myślenice); entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS [National Court Register] number 0000491666; REGON [National Official Business Register] 270543582, NIP [Tax Identification Number] 626 000 43 86 and whose share capital of PLN 759 000 000.00 was fully paid up.

The strategic aim of TELE-FONIKA Kable it to provide its customers with products of the highest quality, safety and environmental standards. To achieve this, it is necessary to clearly identify the claims policy in the Group, both for TELE-FONIKA Kable and for customers.

The aim of both the claims policy and the claims procedure is to deal with claims of customers in a reliable and timely manner, protect the interests of the customer and supplier, and introduce corrective actions and corrective measures to eliminate or minimise the origins of claims of the same or a similar nature in the future.

Honesty and compliance constitute fundamental values for TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. ("Company"), reflecting the firm's unwavering commitment to ethical business practices. Additionally, TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. places great emphasis on social responsibility, considering it an integral element of its business activities.

In light of these principles, the supplier is obligated to strictly adhere to the supplier's duties, including ethical standards, specified in the TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. Suppliers' Code, available at this link, and its subsequent amendments, of which the Company will inform the supplier each time by sending an email with a link to the updated content of the Suppliers' Code. The aforementioned supplier's obligations arise from the moment of acceptance of the Suppliers' Code by the supplier, but no later than the conclusion of the contract(s) between the supplier and the Company, and they last for the entire duration of the contract(s) and also after the termination of the contract(s) for the period of existence of rights or obligations arising from such contract(s), e.g., warranty period or guarantees.

The supplier assumes responsibility for ensuring that both its employees and collaborators (e.g., B2B partners, advisors), contractors, subcontractors involved in fulfilling contractual obligations towards the Company or cooperating with TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A., including during the period preceding the conclusion of the contract (e.g., during negotiations or bidding), are aware of and fully comply with the provisions of the Suppliers' Code (and its subsequent changes). Upon the Company's request, the supplier is obliged to demonstrate to TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. compliance with the obligations and ethical standards contained in the TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. Suppliers' Code by both the supplier and the individuals mentioned in the preceding sentence.
