Information Clause of the TFKable Group

The data controller is TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A., headquartered in Myślenice, 32-400, at Hipolita Cegielskiego 1 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company”).

• Responding to inquiries – processing is necessary to fulfill the legitimate interest of the data controller. The legitimate interest includes conducting and managing the sale of the Company’s products and services, handling the procurement of goods and services, providing customers with information about the Company's offerings, presenting tailored proposals based on customer needs and interests, and increasing sales.
• Handling reports submitted via the NON-COMPLIANCE REPORTING FORM – processing is necessary to fulfill the legitimate interest of the data controller. The legitimate interest involves processing the submitted report and conducting proceedings to determine the details of the reported violation in cases where the report is classified as non-compliance.

We collect and process personal data only to the extent justified by the above purposes, specifically:

• Personal data of the individual submitting an inquiry or report, as well as the person subject to the report, necessary for identification
• Contact address
• Other data, if provided in the inquiry or report

Your personal data will be stored no longer than necessary to achieve the above purposes.

All individuals whose data is processed by TELE-FONIKA Kable have the right to request access to their personal data and obtain information about its scope and purpose of processing. Each person has the right to correct their data if it is outdated.
